Grant Requests

If you are aware of a foundation, family foundation, organization,
or individual who might like to help fund health care or health
education related services, please forward their name or contact
information to us. We will get to work on it right away.  We need
everyone's help.

in the Entryway of the Grand Prairie Wellness Center with a certificate.
We deeply appreciate the
support of each and every
foundation, because we also
realize that grants cannot
always be obtained due to the
large number of applications.
